As a former felony and misdemeanor prosecutor at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the former Chief Juvenile Prosecutor at the Montgomery County Attorney’s Office, Attorney Chris Allen has the experience and knowledge to handle your legal problems. He is a lifelong Montgomery County resident and is a board certified juvenile trial attorney with a decade of experience in the Montgomery County court system. He is an attorney respected by the judges of Montgomery County. Along with his law partner Bill Pattillo and Carolyn Atkinson, he was awarded a contract to handle ALL of the indigent juvenile cases for Montgomery County. This contract began in January of 2011 and has been an overwhelming success resulting in receiving the Gideon Award for Most Outstanding Indigent Defense Program in Texas for 2013. In 2015 Attorney Allen was also appointed to JRAC, the Juvenile Records Advisory Committee, by a liaison to the Texas House of Representatives and will be tasked, along with other appointees across the state, to revise a significant portion of the Juvenile Justice Code at meetings conducted at the state capitol.
