Very knowledgeable lawyer - You guys I don’t even know where to begin! Chris is a very invested lawyer. He always updated me on my case as soon as he would hear something. A life saver! - My son got into some trouble a few years ago and I thought his future was ruined. I contacted Chris Allen and of course I had a million questions and was lost in the legal Mumbo jumbo that was being thrown at me by the police as well as the juvenile dept. At our first appearance in court Mr. Allen saved the day. He was able to get our son out and seemed to have a great working relationship with the prosecutor as well as the judge. Once our son was released to us it wasn't over, there were more court dates and meetings but it all led to a dismissal. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and we were even able to work with Mr Allen to get our son's record sealed, which is huge! What could have potentially been a life altering mistake for my son did not ruin his future thanks to Mr. Allen.

Juvenile - Chris helped us get all of my daughters charges dropped when the prosecution was pushing to have her plea guilty on all charges. DWI 3rd - Felony - Chris and Bill did a good job handling my case. I was nervous from the jump because Bill seemed to not be as familiar with DWI law that I had hoped and I did some research on my own to try and find ways to navigate my case. But, Bill did a good job representing me as he was familiar with Judge Hamilton as well as the prosecutor. Felony DWI brought down to misdemeanor A (DWI 2nd) in the midst of the coronavirus mayhem. The only criticism I have is that his staff did not do a particularly amazing job of keeping me in the loop. I had to call and get updates myself and push them to work on my license issues. Maybe too much work load? My prior attorney handled the paperwork and mailed off anything needed for the occupational license and putting the license suspension as a priority. Chris’ office requires the client to be a little more hands-on, which I didn’t mind doing. I should follow this with Chris himself is extremely prompt in responding to emails and communication. I hope the rest of the office becomes more pro-active in the future. Clients like myself are filled with anxiety and a phone call or update every now and then does wonders on the nerves.

Very Effective Juvenile Defense Lawyer - Mr. Allen took on our case on a Monday afternoon and walked us through the entire process and thoroughly explained all the possible scenarios and what he would do to get us the best outcome possible. By Wednesday afternoon / Thursday morning of that same week he had already gotten the case dismissed thanks to his complete understanding of the Texas legal system and the fact that he has been doing this for a long time and knows all the key players in the Prosecutors office.

By far the best in his field. (Make it your first and last call.) - Mr. Allen did a first rate job in dealing with my Juvenile s felony case. He actually came highly recommended to us, from another lawyer who said that Chris would be the only lawyer he would call, should his teenage daughter ever get in trouble. ( that sold me ..) Dismissed! - We didn't even have to appear at court, which was the best case scenario for us. He didn't promise this, but mentioned it when he took the case. It was a lot of money for a couple of phone calls, but other attorneys charge even more and didn't seem as confident of a simple solution as Mr. Allen did, so his expertise and knowledge were well worth it.

Brilliant AND funny - Most lawyers give off a creepy and insincere vibe. That is not true or Mr Allen. From our first consultation to the end of my case I felt he was being honest and up front.
